1st day at Work.

So, I was trained and my first day as well.
I worked their from 11am-4pm. I thought the time was really slow but it was actually fast. I did not notice that the time passed by already and the next time I checked my watch and it was already 2pm!
I was taught a lot and I was able to do some orders by myself. I can say that I was able to learn fast but I still get scared and I panicked because I was being slow.
 I was given a shift tomorrow as well and it is going to be busy because it is 'Toonie Tuesday' and I am gonna be watched by my manager.
I am really nervous but God bless me!

Sunday Service/Tricia's Birthday!

It is a blessed Sunday.

I always love hearing the song "Come Holy Spirit"

After church, we have our fellowship together with the brothers and sisters. Fun!

I went to STC first to buy a something then after i went to my friend's birthday, Tricia! As you all know! Ahah!

I actually fooled her LOL. I told her that I am not gonna able to come because we have an emergency ahah! She got so surprised when she saw me! Promise, it was so funny and she couldnt believe that I lied to her hahah best reaction!
It was nice to see some friends from highschool! We have a group picture but I needa wait till someone upload then ill share it here!

Also, me and kathleen met new friends on the neighborhood! Played basketball with them.
I actually still remember their names ahah! 

It is such a nice feeling to be in a different environment sometimes ahah! Felt really good today & just enjoying the food & company.. 

I was also a photographer for just a while.. :) 

Then, I went home cause i cant sleepover!

Book of James 3, 4, & 5 and GOOD NEWS!

Hey guys,

So, I have read book of James. Seriously, these words speak to my heart.

Here are some of the verses that I like:

"For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy." (James 3:16-17)

"You as and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures." (James 4:3)

"Therefore submit to God, resist evil and he will flee from you." (James 4:7)

"Humble yourself in the sight of Lord and He will lift you up." (James 4:10)

"Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man, avails much." (James 5:16)



THANK GOD and I got a job.

Here is the story... 2-3 weeks ago, I went to go for job hunting in a mall. I dropped my resumes in many different stores. I dropped one in KFC/Taco Bell and the cashier was a filipino and she was very nice. :)
Yesterday, I got call and manager wanted me to come at the store right away. He talked to me and asked me few questions. I was not sure if I was hired or not because he did not say anything about that. He showed me the kitchen and I was so overwhelmed of what's happening. He also gave me a list to memorize like 2 pages (I dont know if I could memorize all that, ahah). I left the store and I was still confused. Later in the afternoon, I got a call and they want me to start on saturday but sadly I cant so I said sorry. (I felt so sad that they would not like me anymore) Then, they called again and let me work on monday :) I am so happy and blessed. I am happy that I have work!

Book of James 1 & 2

This morning while having breakfast I decided to read Book Of James, which is a challenge in our church.. It only has 5 chapters and along this devotion, we have to sacrifice something (food, social media). Im trying to be more productive ahah!

What Ive learned is or the verses that spoke to me are:

- "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." James 2:26

Very straight forward.

A little black dress from Express store which cause 40$ plus discount!
(I did not really want to a buy a new dress and I only wore this for one event so It is not bad to wear it again ahah!)

And Nude Wedge Shoes from Le Chateau for $20. Pretty cheap and cute.

Collective haul?

 Hey guys!
So, I have not post for a while......

and i have been shopping a lot and here our the things i bought in the last two weeks!

I am gonna do a little review for each product :)

Here are the shoes I bought from Le Chateau OUTLET. It is a known brand and they have really good products. These shoes are on sale and B2GO (Buy Two, Get One free). I have been looking for heels to wear with my LBD (Little Black Dress). I did not want to be so black in the even im going to and i want to put some colour. So, I chose that Bright Pink heels and very nice but I am not sure If I can survive because the heels are too high(4"). Also, a nude colour wedges, very comfy and nice. I am still indecisive on these two.

 

This maybe my favorite eyeliner because it creates a solid black line in your eyes. It is very easy to use and easy to handle.

I also bought flipflop, I seriously need them for summer especially when you want to go for swimming and Wonderland lol They are very useful and these are rubber so they're easy to dry or they dont get wet? lol not sure.. and they are on sale, 2 for 6$ (reasonable price, in my opinion).

And on the right side, i bought some body sprays and a lotion. They have a very nice scent and it really good for the summer. On sale as well, 3 for 12$. I think it is a good deal, but my mom argued because she wants a bigger one from another expensive store -_- but i want small ones so i could bring them in my bag :)

Is it too much to share? ahah! But I bought swimsuits from ALDO, and they are on sale! I like the material and style! (I am still gonna wear shorts and a shirt with it, by the way!) ahah! Very important for the summer :) 7$ each. (4 Pieces)

 

So, Im gonna end with my Grass Jelly Milk Tea. This is my favorite drink for this summer. It is just refreshing to drink it. I dont like tapioca anymore so I always ask for grass jelly. It is the best? That's all for tonight ahah! Have a good night! God Bless y'all

The picture was taken 5 years ago with my twin/bok. We just wanted a new picture to upload in our facebook and change our DP. It was a lot of fun to take pictures and dress up.. lol but I seriously suck in posing, i remember how he is pissed at me by taking bad pictures, ahah! cant believe I left Philippines 4 years ago, I still cry at times and feel homesick.           There is seriously no place like home!

My friend came back from the Philippines and brought us some goodies, so excited. Thank you!

Another OOTD / Cafe Princess

Yesterday, we went to Seneca- King City to pay our tuition fee with my friend, tricia (teehunnah.blogspot.com). Then, we met up with our friends/nursing buddies/dreamers/lovers and more. lol

I seriously miss this people. Love them and they really play a big part in my life. I hope after 5 years, we could still be able to achieve our dream to go to Paris. (Nothing is impossible with God)

We went to eat Korean Street food then we went to Cafe Princess and eat this delicious food.
